That means returns are handled entirely by the retailer you bought from, under that retailer's return policy, not by us.
Most major camera retailers accept returns by mail within roughly 30 days of delivery, and that is the return window we report in our product data. The exact window, condition requirements, and any return shipping cost are set by the retailer and can vary by seller and listing. Some retailers offer free return shipping; on others the cost of the return is your responsibility. Always check the return terms shown on the listing before you buy, and confirm them in your order confirmation.
Go to the website where you completed the purchase, open your order history, and use that retailer's return process. Your order confirmation email links straight to it. We can't accept returns, exchange items, or issue refunds ourselves, because the transaction was never with us.
